Questions before you join?

The launch area is Halstead, Earls Colne and selected surrounding areas. We confirm availability before activating a membership.

Included visits are for qualifying reactive plumbing faults under the final membership terms. Planned installation work, pre-existing faults, parts/materials and work outside the stated allowance may be chargeable.

No. Parts and materials are charged separately unless a specific offer states otherwise. Additional labour beyond the included allowance is also chargeable at the applicable member rate.

The Plus plan's annual gas boiler service is arranged through a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. The final service scope and eligibility will be set out in the membership terms.

FlowChoice is being designed as a service membership rather than an insurance product. The final regulatory wording and contractual structure should be reviewed by a UK solicitor with FCA/insurance-perimeter expertise before public launch.

The commercial draft currently assumes a 12-month initial term. Your final cancellation rights, cooling-off period and renewal provisions must follow the legally reviewed terms published at launch.
